Nothing worked on Access 2016, not even starting with a blank database. No clue or help came from Office Support; lots of passing the buck, though---"Let me transfer you to the right group to handle your problem." Six times. The solution was the Win10 upgrade. Once installed, Access worked, even with my old database.
