How can I fix my iPhone that is stuck on the Apple logo? My phone randomly turned off while I was using it and now the screen is black and its blinking the apple logo every 5 seconds. my iphone 13 flashing the apple logo. It will not hard reset. I can connect it to itunes and it goes into recovery mode. It goes all the way through the restore process, then restarts in recovery mode.
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). (2) If the above does not work then - Follow the instructions in this article by Apple If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps. Axel F.
