Most species exhibit the bulb-tipped tentacles from which the anemone derives its name, but it is not uncommon for the bulbs not to occur, and this is not a problem.

A lot of the time, the larger the anemone, the easier it is to feed them. This is for 2 reasons. 1) Bigger mouth = easier to effectively spot feed and 2) Bigger diameter and more tentacles to catch food. If you have a large tank or can’t easily access the anemone to feed it, having one that’s larger means it’ll be more self-sufficient.

The anemone will walk around and sting your corals until it gets settled in. My advice, be patient...give your tank at least a good six month time period to get things mature (coralline encrusting liverock / stable parameters) before adding an anemone. They will do much better for you.
