Think about it. Go pick up a Wal-Mart multi-vitamin and compare its ingredients with those on the Animal pak label. I'll tell you right now, Pak has a ton of 'extra goodies'. Animal Pak all the way for me. If you're serious about liftin', there's no question which is better IMHO. But if you lift or are an athlete or can't stand poppin' 11 pills or are looking for something cheap but good, Multi-V is a great bet. Well said U Rep. I forgot another question. Why is Animal Pak not FDA approved? fda doesn't have to approve it. it is not treating or curing a disease. unless animal pak has a statement saying it is treating a particular disease, disorder, curing something, etc it does not get FDA approved b/c it is a supplement.
