Not sure if antifreeze has a specific smell or odor unless boiled or burned off type fumes? Know such as raw gas is a sure thing on smell, tranny fluid a burnt smell can be detected with trouble.
So I had my upper & lower radiator hoses replaced today and a coolant flush as well. The invoice shows that they used what is called a Gold Universal Antifreeze. Is this safe in my 2001 Park Ave ?

I noticed my lower radiator hose was leaking profusely. There was a puddle of GREEN👎 coolant below the lower hose . So I tightened the hose clamp . Then I went to check the overflow resevior to discover that it has Dexicool RED antifreeze in it 🤷 what the actual bleep ???
