Everything I read online says weapon skill in pvp for TBC does not matter, yet I have 8% hit in a BG (everything I read says you need 5% in bgs/arenas to not miss your special abilties) and im missing mortal strikes and many other special abilities consistently. So anyone know if this is a bug
