I find both LaunchBox and BigBox's options/settings to be overwhelming and usually end up getting lost. I tried to take a look at some youtube vidoes but they were over an hour long each and didn't have timestamps from what I remember. You can't have both open at the same time. You can either start BigBox by itself (BigBox.exe) or when in LaunchBox, you can press Ctrl+B. This will close LaunchBox and open BigBox. There will be a slight delay between closing and opening while LaunchBox saves all the data.
