There are street sweeper vehicles but those are to keep the street gutters free of debris. Here in Huntsville there are male and female Madison County prisoners picking up trash (as shown below on Highway 431 near my house.)

Look for holes in the eaves or near the gutters that can serve as entry points. If you find any, immediatly stuff them with steel wool and then get them permanently sealed. If you have any fruit trees on your property, that's a prime food source.
