I have been using my Blackstone for about 4 years and love it. When starting it up tonight the rotisserie motor has died.
I have around 18 2-3 week old garlic bulbs left from our garden and love roasted garlic. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on roasting garlic with their grill or Blackstone oven (posted in that thread too).Barry
Well, the original Blackstone pizza oven works pretty well with a passive stone on top and a rotating one on the bottom. In addition, the rotating stone greatly reduces the "Ooni Effect", where the same side of the pizza is incinerated by the direct flame unless you turn the pizza every 15 seconds. I launch my pies in our Blackstone, and can get in a minute, or more, of building the next pizza ...
Extremely frustrated with the product quality of the Blackstone. I purchased the two shelf one from Loews in NJ a month ago and the stone cracked already even though it's been only used a few times in warm weather.
