Boat Cover Support Pole

Pic of boat on the lift Pic of boat on the lift I've attached a pic of the lift with my boat on it. The top support beams with the motors run east/west. The lower beams which the bunks are attached to run north/south. The bow end is the problem one.

My boat is supported with a V block under the tunnel. Torsion axles on the trailer. So you may be right about not enough tongue weight. I have a transom strap and the winch strap holding the bow to the bow stop so I know the boat is not leaving the bow stop. It may be trailer flex from long trailer tongue without enough tongue weight.

Re: boat in my driveway??? Around here it?s pretty common for communities or homeowners associations to have covenants against storing a boat on your property. There are no local laws against it but the agreement not to store a boat is written into your deed. Check with your homeowners association for such covenants and if they don?t exist I?d fight it in court.

This ...

It worked fine in low gear, but then again it was a small boat. It was a funny sight, but very maneuverable. I would sugguest something a little bigger and heavier for your situation, since you will be ...
