Citibank Double Cash Approved Hi, Got bored last evening decided to take the plunge on getting my 2nd card with Citi. $200 bonus after 1.5k spend in 6 months.
Citibank Double Cash I applied for the Citi Double Cash card yesterday and was denied. The reason was recent inquiries. I applied for the Wayfair card a couple of days ago and was approved with a SL of $5,000.

Re: CitiBank closing date rhyme or reason? My normal statement dates for Rewards+ circa 2016 and Double Cash circa 2004 (latter is AU) are both the 21st and due the 17th. Looking at the last two years of statements, if the 21st falls on a weekend, the statement closes the Friday prior. Assuming that is likely the case for you as well.
