For more than 6 decades, Clearbrook has been providing top-quality programming and services to children and adults with a variety of disabilities. We offer personalized children’s, adult day, employment, residential, and clinical services at more than 80 locations throughout Chicagoland. In addition, Clearbrook is the largest provider of home-based services in the state of Illinois.
Clearbrook offers residential services in 59 locations. Services range from smaller homes for up to eight people to an 80+ resident Intermediate Care Facility with round-the-clock nursing care. Services and supports are matched to the residents based on their choice and individual needs.
PURSUIT is a collaborative program between Clearbrook and NWSRA (Northwest Special Recreation Association) that provides opportunities for continued growth for adults with disabilities through recreation and leisure activities that are fulfilling and enriching.
