Re: Orlando Clipper The Orlando Clipper was built by The Orlando Boat Company in Orlando, Florida. My dad was the sales manager starting around 1962. At that time they only built alm. boats, but later added fiberglass models. They were located at the Herdon airport and later moved to Ocoee just west of Orlando next to Winter Garden.

Have orlando clipper aluminum hull. Have my transom insert about ready to go back in. The aluminum where the old wood was polyestered in was heavily pitted from water pockets in the interface. I prepped the aluminum by sandblasting all corrosion away. Cleaned with acid and alodyned it. Then...
