Northern Virginia has one of the most expensive housing markets in the United States and it’s often difficult for working families to find housing within their budget. For over 50 years, Cornerstones and the Cornerstones Housing Corporation (CHC) have been helping families and individuals by providing a variety of affordable housing options in our area.
When families in our community are struggling to feed themselves and keep a roof over their heads, Cornerstones’ emergency services helps them regain stability and self-sufficiency. We offer a wide array of services that both address immediate concerns such as food, rent, and utilities, and help clients plan for the future.
Cornerstones helps individuals and families survive tough economic times in an already high cost-of-living community. Through advocacy and support services, we connect our clients to the vital resources they need to build more self-sufficient lives.
