Anyone know much about how DPD works? I've always thought they're the best company but today had such an infuriating situation.
It is my first time sending with DPD. I took the parcel to the drop off shop yesterday, and the tracking says 'Awaiting receipt of parcel'.
If anyone is up at the mo - DPD are emailing me this morning to give the 1 hour delivery window. Anyone know when to expect this email.

Does anyone have input as to which firms to avoid? Any good ones out there?. As Amazon said they can change the courier if you refuse to accept them due to previous poor performance. (DPD won't be delivering to me ever again) Is DPD a reincarnation subsidary of a rotten apple? Is White Arrow still in existence?
I always had DPD down as the best, especially with their excellent tracking system, but of late they seem to be going downhill. Not sure if it's the quality of the staff they employ, reducing pay or upping workloads.. but they seem to struggle now and have become a lot less reliable.
