Equifax is currently upgrading their system (s). She entered an escalated ticket to address the issue while stating Equifax will be responding to it via email. I am hoping once completed I can regain access to MyEquifax website. ... I am still awaiting an email concerning this escalated ticket.

I got the 7-10 day wait message for the reason for denial letter. I have 773 FICO and hold the Cusom Cash since 06/23 oldest 3 yr, AA of A 2 yr, PIF 100%.
