I have an exotic car rental car business I just started and currently use some of the OEM badges from actual cars (ie: Lamborghini emblems on a kit car) Is this illegal to do? Someone told me that the FEDs could come and confiscate the car if I use the actual Lamborghini badges eventhough it's still titled as a fiero or Special Construction.
