The reason for that error, is Face Profiling doesn't support bosses in the ID direction. I modified your Model override sketch to remove it, so you can see it generates when you do: I would go with Face Grooving like @a.laasW8M6T suggested. This balcony face is within the linked architectural model. The balcony face is angled (as you can see in the section view) and also curved (as seen in plan).
