Are you guys referring to the official cosmetic skins like the steampunk and wildwest aesthetics? Cause it should just be as simple as learning the engram, crafting the skin and going to cosmetics and using it while hovering over the foundation or wall you want to cover, then applying it. Keep in mind it wont work for everything.
