Hello, recently one of my fukien tea trees has developed a white, "speckled" spots on the leaves with weak, brittle leaves following after. I have read this may be honey dew or a mealy big infestation.

Please help! I am an absolute bonsai novice, and I was gifted this Fukien tea tree almost two years ago. It has been very healthy, aside from an issue with mealy bugs several months ago that I treated with Neem oil.
