0 I suggest "gigolo" as a term that is probably quite suitable since it specifically refers to the male sex. Although it may not be quite as low-class or dirty as "slut," it's probably close enough to meet most needs.

In France, a gigolo was principaly defined as a young-ish male providing escort services (with as little or as much as that entails) to older richer ladies. Now most likely out of this crowd, a few of them met a lady they wanted to stick with (or thought they had an opportunity to exploit) and transited to a more gold-digging behaviour.

A single man can have a mistress, if he pays most or all of her living expenses in exchange for her sexual availability (and a woman, married or single, could have a mistress (female) or a gigolo (male) if she's paying for a long-term sexual relationship).

I am sorry that this is only one word but a gigolo is a professional player. a young man paid or financially supported by a woman, typically an older woman, to be her escort or lover.

The term gigolo does not imply anything about the marital status of the gigolo's partners; in fact, they are more likely to be unmarried.
