I have 5 Goyard's and still no St. Louis, my personal fave is the Anjou! I’m totally with Swanky. My first Goyard was a Rouette, then a Artois, a plumet and an Anjou. I use the latter 3 a lot but the Anjou (in sky blue) puts a smile on my face that no other bag does! I doubt I’ll ever add a St Louis but I’d love another Anjou!
I swore off Goyard after that bag, but fell in love with the vendome and have had no issues. There are plenty of threads here with people complaining about St. Louis.
Before purchasing my Goyard St. Louis PM in Paris, I read as many posts in this sub-forum as I could. I was initially going to purchase a Louis Vuitton Alma PM in vernis leather in Paris, but the more practical side of me was drawn to the Goyard's lightness.
I bought my first Goyard last November in Japan, at the Goyard Isetan Tokyo store. You don’t need to make an appointment - I had contacted the Takashiymaya Goyard Tokyo store in advance, and they got back to me saying you could just come in. I visited the Isetan store twice, and bought the bag I wanted on the second visit.
