The audio options are simple, but even if you try the default Stereo mode in GTAV Legacy and then you do it in Enhanced you will notice, it is very annoying because in general the sound is like very poorly balanced.

In my experience (and I've never heard otherwise), GTAV Enhanced + NVE runs fine with OpenRPF installed. When launching the game a little warning pop up appears stating that NVE may not function properly, or something to that effect, but it doesn't prevent it from running.
