Honey Comb Drawing

I'm about to put on my first honey super after the bees have just about finished drawing comb in two brood boxes. From what I've read, people use either 8 or 9 frames in their honey supers, just wondering about what most people here choose to do. I'm using all deeps. Thanks for any imput.

All 3 made a super of honey which is unheard of from packages here in my part of NC. However, all of the colonies are exceptionally defensive. One in particular will charge you through smoke and follow you several hundred yards stinging the entire way.
