A lifetime horse inspection permit is thirty dollars. In Idaho a lifetime permit is fifty-three dollars. The lifetime permit is good for as long as you own the horse or mule and is non-transferrable. Do I need one for every state? That could get expensive! No, brand inspection permits are reciprocal.

St. Thomas Aquinas, commenting on these, said that the first two are mortal (they perish with the body) while the last is immortal (continues beyond death). By this reasoning, a horse would have a mortal soul, but when the animal dies, its soul does not continue.

Good entry level saddles provided they fit the horse and rider correctly, but I have to say moving from a Wintec to a similarly-priced (new price, that is) leather dressage saddle made a MASSIVE and immediate difference to my riding.
