I had used to have a lazy horse, dragged his toes, stumbled would even limp on the way out when riding, but when turned back towards home, that limp was gone , and he was high steppin it back to the corral..
Good entry level saddles provided they fit the horse and rider correctly, but I have to say moving from a Wintec to a similarly-priced (new price, that is) leather dressage saddle made a MASSIVE and immediate difference to my riding.
