These downloads come in an archive (.zip for example) format, and all you need to do is extract the folder out of the .zip file and place it in your 'C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME HERE\Documents\Eek\House Party\Mods\Stories' folder and you should be good to go, assuming that the Custom Story has been updated by the creator and all that good stuff.
