Make sure you're logged in to the correct Canva account or team. On the homepage, select your account profile to open the menu. Select Settings. Go to Billing. On your plan, select Cancel plan. Select Continue cancelation. On the next screen, select I want to pause my subscription, then select Continue cancelation. Select Pause for 3 months to confirm.
