FaceTime shows persistent notification badge on macOS with no unread calls Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with FaceTime on my Mac. The FaceTime app icon shows a persistent notification badge (red bubble with “1”), but I’m absolutely sure there are no unread calls, missed calls, or messages.
Facetime and Teams Last week I could make a facetime call from my contacts when I tapped on the video icon it automatically dialed via facetime. This morning teams pops up as the only option for the call. My contacts are turned off in Teams so that is not the problem.

In Contacts the video symbol now labelled with Teams and I cannot make FaceTime calls from a contact any longer.
