I hunt a lot of new to me areas without much Intel, and nov 1-10 seems to be when I see the most buck activity. Later in the season, after the 10th it really seems to drop off.
Math isn’t my strong point but it looks like on average, roughly 4.3% hunters were successful in the Mosquito creek hunt between 2016-2020. Since thermal was legalized in 2020/2021 (?), the percentage of successful coyote hunters each year in the tournament has been roughly 6.2%.
