Good morning! Anyone know of any really good, durable leather tool bags for a HVAC tec? I'm tired of buying tool bags that keep wearing out so fast i.e. punctured holes through the bottom, broken straps.

I have always used hand held tool bags and have occasionally used tool pouches all be it small crappy ones. The hand held bags are just so cumbersome going up and down ladders. Several of our techs use the backpacks. They seem really handy and free up your hands for carrying parts or climbing ladders or carrying parts up ladders.
Best tool bags in my opinion are made by Veto Pro. Tech LC for a larger one, Tech MCT for a little smaller and able to carry almost as much. A little pricey, but 5 year warranty that they actually make good on. Had the Tech LC for 4 years, 10 months and the zippers broke.
I hate open top tool bags.. for service they might be ok but if you’re doing install there’s just too much stuff to carry around and not enough organization with them.. I prefer a backpack or even a closed bag (like the veto tech mct).
