I have 0 voltage coming from the icp sensor the truck with crank with no start. Any suggestions on why there is 0 voltage eve with the key on engine off?
I replaced the dummy plugs, replaced one injector, put new valve cover gasket, replaced ICP sensor, back in February 2022. Last week I noticed that it is leaking oil around the ICP sensor . I think the oil leak is between the valve cover and ICP sensor. Did I miss anything? the ICP has its O...
So you should check both the ICP and IPR readings on the scan tool. If the psi reading on the ICP goes up while the IPR duty cycle goes down (12% or lower), that indicates a faulty or sticking IPR. The reason is that the PCM can no longer shut down the duty cycle enough to properly regulate the oil pressure. The IPR has a reasonably high ...
Having issue diagnosing this condition: KOEO 1. ICP is at 0 psi 2. IPR is at 14.69% Dc 3. IPR DC voltage is 12vdc KOER 1. ICP is at 3500psi 2. IPR is at 4.69% 3. RPM is at 650rpm Fuel pressure is 52 psi. I checked blockages of the drains in the pump and reservoir, everything is ok. Is...
My ICP voltage can read anywhere from 0.0 to 2.95 and my ICP PSI remains right around 1520 to 1550. The 0 reading is when I have unplugged the ICP Sensor. Injector test runs fine, I can hear all the injectors buzzing as expected. The truck comes closer to starting with the ICP unplugged than it does when it is connected.
