The ICS Titan is a Copper Head Gasket made by a well known gasket maker SCE. Many 4G63's have tried to run Copper SCE Titan or SCE Pro Copper Head gaskets with O-Ringed motors and the initial buzz about copper head gaskets was kind of shot down.
Now you can safely and effectively block the FIAV for free! I would only suggest getting a true block off plate if you are deciding to eliminate the ICS as well as you will be able to remove the whole lower half of the throttle body. Technically you arent bypassing anything unless people think that air going through the ICS is a bypass for the FIAV somehow. Though even the bypass plate says that it blocks off the FIAV.
