A higher than normal concentration often is a result of not drinking enough fluids. Protein. Low levels of protein in urine are typical. The amount of sugar (glucose) in urine is typically too low to be detected.

Do not put baluns in single element dipoles that would be used for anything other than the frequency they're cut for or the appropriate odd harmonic. Multiple-element "fan" dipoles are great with a good balun. Always use current baluns. The ONLY exception to this are the Radio Works "Remote Balun" and another 4:1 balun called the "Centaur".
This means that logbook will not accept any QSOs dated prior to 2025-03-03. If you want to log anything any earlier than that, you need to change the start date to a date before the first QSO you wish to log.
