Box turtle digestive systems are very slow and they actually benefit from the help of round worms to move food through their digestive tract. It only becomes a problem when the turtle is in prolonged stress or health problems weaken it to the extent the worms presence can overwhelm the turtle and rob it of nutrients it needs in its weakened state.
Normally one would just say without problem, skipping the any altogether. It doesn’t really add anything to speak of, and just makes the phrase longer. But I certainly wouldn’t call without any problems (or with no problems) ‘wrong’. Also, you can swap in trouble for problem in all those phrases, and you get the same answer; think also of no trouble found.
