We have found that our advantage plan has far better coverage than my previous employer provided plan. Yesterday, for example, I had an MRI. The cost was over $1,100, plan covered it at 100%. That's interesting, it makes me think that when you look up a doctor (when you're doctor shopping) and you see "Dr. so-and-so has privileges at these hospitals" I have to wonder if they are then considered "out of network" for billing purposes.
