Lemon balm wants moist soil. Let the top 1/2-1" of soil dry between waterings, but if you put your finger in the soil and it is drying any farther down, then it needs to be watered more often.

Lemon Tree: I did the humidifier and more lighting and it popped out new leaves in February (yay!) with a bunch of buds, but it now feels like it stalled. I found spider mites on the tree, so I have been trying to wipe down the effected leaves and stems with a wet paper towel as often as I can.
