The present research attempted to integrate these two established lines of research findings. We hypothesized that male-typical sexual arousal of lesbians is linked to their nonsexual masculinity. Furthermore, the most masculine-behaving lesbians, in particular, could show the most male-typical patterns of sexual arousal.
