I am looking to begin replacing all the seals and weatherstriping on "MONGO" my 1009 and was wondering who has the better quality stuff LMC Truck or Classic Parts? I did use JcWhitney for the window seals on the doors and tailgate and they fit great but Jc's doesn't carry everything. Who's stuff...
Has anyone tried to use LMC Truck's on-line catalog? I don't know if they are doing maintenance or what but it ain't workin' today. I had a terrible time just getting it to load parts in my shopping cart and now I cannot even view the cart.
As far as the M1008 covers I used LMC part number 38-2292-LL as having the closest match on style. The color, as has been stated, is in their catalog as Red and is not a perfect color match for the Maroon used in the trucks from the factory.
There was a thread a few days ago that mentioned the weatherstrip kit from LMC Truck for $180. I went to their website and couldnt find the kit. I ordered a catalog, but it wont be here for a couple weeks. My question is, what is included in this kit, how is the quality, and what is the part...
I just letting everyone know that the dual exhaust kit from lmc truck does fit the 6.2 diesel has I just installed one on my m1008 this weekend the only thing with the kit I got is the one tail pipe for.the driver side was not bent properly so I will have to have it fixed at the exhaust shop...
