I love Michelle Pfeiffer (who is a superb actress), but she looks nothing like Betty Ford. Betty had a sizable nose when she was in the white house, and even though she was a former dancer she was not rail-thin at that age as Michelle is. Michelle would actually have been better cast as Nancy Reagan, believe it or not.
I love "Cherie" starring Michelle Pfeiffer, Rupert Friend and Kathy Bates. It is a beautiful film.

Michelle Pfeiffer, Sharon Stone and Madonna are all exactly the same age. Madonna should've gone with whatever surgeons Michelle and Sharon used because they both look fabulous, excellent work on both of them.
Often they are good in light, romantic comedy, playing the foil or a self-parody of their usual roles, but they lack the depth for most of their dramatic roles. Some of these types make an effort to stretch with varying degrees of success--think Marilyn Monroe in the old days or Michelle Pfeiffer more recently.
