Mizzou Intranet

7 I’d like to add two IP addresses of our servers to the local intranet on a list of computers. It seems that there are some problem with our policy and some PCs take it while others not. Is it possible to add them from command line in order to run a batch every time a user logon to domain?

An intranet is a private network. Usually intranet is not used as a term for home networks, but technically every LAN is an intranet, or part of one. A L ocal A rea N etwork is local. An intranet doesn't have to be local, it can be the private network of a company with 3 offices which are all linked up with a W ide A rea N etwork.

After enabling Guest-1 (2.4GHz), disable access intranet, guest client gets 192.168.101.x IP address, then the internet will get disconnected for both guest and non-guest connections. If I enable allow access intranet on the Guest-1, guest client gets 192.168.1.x IP address, then there is no problem for both guest and non-guest connections.

Guest Network has no internet access unless I enable access to intranet

1 = Intranet zone – sites on your local network. 2 = Trusted Sites zone – sites that have been added to your trusted sites. 3 = Internet zone – sites that are on the Internet. 4 = Restricted Sites zone – sites that have been specifically added to your restricted sites.

Generally the block intranet access tends to be an all or nothing affair. Either you block communication in both directions to/from the intranet to the Guest Network Pro clients or you don't.
