'Mount' is not offered if you have iso's associated with some other program. Assuming that's so, you may be able to mount the iso with that program. To restore the association see Restore Default File Type Associations in Windows 10 - search that for iso and use that reg file as per the tutorial. I tried option one in the link without success.
