Each person can sign in to Office using their own Microsoft account on your device to create and edit their own files. We recommend staying signed in to Microsoft 365 or Office so that your apps remain activated. If you sign out, your apps will be deactivated. You can view and print files, but not create or edit files, until you sign back in.
The People app is your address book and your social app all in one. You can add your contacts and keep in touch with friends and family on Skype—all from a single app. The People, Mail, and Calendar apps work together. So when you email a contact from Mail, the app picks up that person's email address from the People app (which is where their contact info lives).
Type the name or phone number of a person you would like to add. If your company has a directory set up, the window will automatically suggest people belonging to your organization.
The type of meeting you invite someone to, how you invite them, and the relationship that person has with your org, can all impact their access to certain meeting features, like meeting chat. When you create a meeting request, you can add attachments, set a location, request in-person attendance, set the recurrence, and use the Scheduling Assistant to choose the best time for your meeting.
