PNC bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into Quicken. I can see new transactions on the PNC site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from PNC into Quicken since Friday.
Good morning, all. My PNC Bank accounts have not downloaded any transactions since 2/23/2026. I am using Direct Connect.
Received this OL-297-A error now for the last two days with PNC Bank. All of my other accounts are connecting and downloading just fine.
I'm getting really pissed off at Quicken. First, all the icons and Direct Connect transactions have not been displaying properly in the register for months, there are duplicate registry entries, and now Direct Connect with PNC is not downloading transactions. PNC seems to be working weekends, but apparently the department at Quicken that deals with this is only working Monday thru Friday and they are in a different time zone where per my PNC person doesn't start till around noon EST.
regarding this PNC Bank issue, I tried on my own today, and I was able to connect my four PNC accounts with "PNC Bank - Direct Connect". I was able to authorize successfully on the web, at last! Perhaps this means they actually have resolved the issue, since I didn't run into any errors, and my PNC balances are correct.
