I have a 95 175hp p pump that is going on an older engine in place of a ve pump that is giving out on me. The engine (including the pump) was 100% stock, and was set at 12.5 degrees timing. I am thinking of setting it to about 17 degrees. The 12v Cummins engine (this one is getting the p pump)...
