I cannot connect my Hero 4 Session to Quik App. As far as I know I have tried everything suggested. Very frustating. Anyone else have this issue and find a fix?
Synced via Quik app on Android and iOS Connected to several different WiFi routers in totally separate locations. 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz. Checked the "Cloud" tab on Android, iOS, and GoPro web app. Removed all filters. Manually updated firmware to latest version. Checked there's no active uploads on the upload status page of the website
Try using a different web browser to access the GoPro Media Library. Sometimes, browser issues can affect the upload process. Or, If you're using GoPro Quik software on your Windows 11 computer for video editing, try uploading the edited video directly from the Quik application to the GoPro Media Library.
Can the current version of Quik for Mac desktop transfer files directly to computer? Why not? I have a subscription but do not want to go through the cloud nor use Quik for editing. I use Premiere Pro and edit on my desktop. I shoot mainly timelapse and it's a huge pain to transfer all those...
There is a known bug in the current Quik app, saw it somewhere on GoPro website (I have an old Session, don't really use it anymore but it doesn't connect to my S20 Ultra anymore) and is apparently being looked into.
