Add co-organizers to a meeting To add co-organizers to a meeting you scheduled: Select Calendar in Teams. Select an event. Select View event . Make sure the people you want to add as co-organizers are added as required attendees. Select Options . In Roles > Choose co-organizers, search and select their names from the dropdown menu.
