Is Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) Dead? November 2024. I see its migrated to Get Help. I can't seem to open it anymore. It was my very effective tool to troubleshoot Office application problems. Can you help provide alternatives? and must be a Microsoft product like SaRa.
