As an update to this, the SD card reader seems to have stopped working.... The USB-A and USB-C ports still work great, and I have my wireless Android Auto adapter plugged into the USB-C port all of the time.

In the end, the dealer replaced the card, card reader, whole radio unit, and the USB/USB-c plug under the radio. They managed to finally fix it but it took two weeks for ordering various parts and stuff.
Took about an hour or so and now works fine but it's a glitch in the program that I think has something to do with the SD reader because my Hard drive always worked fine and then I put a SD card in and it started not seeing anything I plugged in.
