Most of our patients use 1000mcg of Sermorelin nightly before bedtime for 6-12 months. Once a follow up serum GH (triple specimen) and IGF-1 confirm a good response, the dosage is often decreased to 500mcg before bedtime to maintain. After GH is optimized and stable, some can reduce the frequency of weekly injections and still maintain.

I used Sermorelin for 1.5 years and got great results. But one needs to be very consistent and inject every night before bed with no carbs in your blood stream for at least one hour or more. Here are my questions: -- reconstituted as such, 25 units should equal 500mcg / 0.5mg per day, right? A: 500 mcg is the minimum dose where 1000 mcg is ideal.
Sermorelin Starting Dose: 500mcg-1000mcg (1mg) injected sc before bedtime. Studies have shown that 1mg of Sermorelin will create maximum stimulation to the pituitary to create a good level of growth hormone within the pituitary. This dose should be used for approx. 6 months as the anterior pituitary is recrudesced.
HI Nelson/ ALL, After some blood work my IGF-1 levels came back at 108, DEfy put me on Sermorelin 1000mcgs per night for 4 months .Subsequent blood work showed slight improvement in IGF-1 level from 108 to 138. I then found an MD to give me Sermorelin with ghrp2 3mg each, that didn't work either IGF-1 stood the same after 4months .
